In addition to its digital art, each We Stand With Ukraine NFT represents its legal owner’s undivided temporary ownership of one troy ounce of gold out of the 13,333 troy ounces of gold in the ground owned by Unique Art Concepts, LLC, Wyoming, at a mine in Nevada, USA, until this NFT is burned in the future during its Redemption Period commencing November 16, 2026 and lasting through January 31, 2029, in exchange for the physical delivery of a uniquely serial-numbered, one troy ounce bar of 999.9 fine gold pursuant to our Terms of Purchase as stated on the https://nftmine.net website or until all such rights have expired upon the lapse of the Redemption Period per the said Terms of Purchase.

During the Redemption Period, the legal owner of each of these NFTs, in lieu of taking physical delivery of a Gold Bar, will also have the right to “roll-over” their existing We Stand With Ukraine NFT for a new We Stand With Ukraine NFT having a redemption period set at approximately five years forward from the date of the rollover and the initial We Stand With Ukraine NFT having been burned.  Full details, terms, and conditions necessary to exercise this right will be found in an amendment to the Terms of Purchase and excerpted here prior to the commencement of the Redemption Period.

The digital art used in the  “We Stand With Ukraine” NFT is an original photograph taken by California based photographer, George Joseph, and selected by him for this NFT from his extensive collection of original photographs.  The number of We Stand With Ukraine NFTs to be minted shall be based on demand, however it will be limited by the amount of gold we have available at the time for such purpose. The maximum possible number minted will be 1,000. 

US$100.00 will be donated by us and sent to Global Giving’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund with the purchase of every We Stand With Ukraine NFT from this marketplace.
