Our pricing is absolutely sound and a good proposition for all concerned!  To clarify, Unique Art Concepts has already acquired and holds title to the 13,333 troy ounces of gold in the ground (less the gold transferred to NFTs already sold by us) we use when minting the 999 Fine Art NFTs.  This gold has been acquired from a proven working mine in Nevada.  

Part and parcel to our procurement of this gold, is the irrevocable and unconditional guarantee by the mine to complete the physical delivery of 100% of the gold we contracted for to our order on or before November 15, 2026.  Complete delivery will be made by the mine by way of the aggregate deposit of 13,333 individual one troy ounce 999.9 fine gold bars to a high-security warehouse of our choosing for benefit of the then holders of 999 Fine Art Collection NFTs, including Unique Art Concepts to the extent of our holdings.  

Our contract with the mine in acquiring this gold and agreeing to spread out its physical delivery through November 15, 2026, was made at a negotiated fixed price based on the mine’s actual mining and refining costs, a reasonable margin for the mine and factoring in the time until all deliveries are required to be made.  

Based on all these factors, the negotiated price to Unique Art Concepts for the gold we acquired allows us to offer our 999 Fine Art NFTs including the digital art and the gold each includes at what we believe to be a very advantageous price and an extraordinary value to our purchasers.

We offer each owner of a 999 Fine Art Collection NFT several different possibilities for early redemption of any 999 Fine Art Collection NFT they own.  

A 999 Fine Art Collection NFT owner can obtain early redemption for any 999 Fine Art Collection NFT they wish to have accelerated redemption for by purchasing an “Early Redemption Add-On” from our Marketplace.  

Upon purchase of each Early Redemption Add-On, the purchaser will be issued a one-time-use code by means of email that can be used when requesting redemption of an eligible (not already redeemed) 999 Fine Art Collection NFT on or after the acceleration date specified in the Early Redemption Add-On purchase confirmation. 

Details for our Early Redemption Add-On, including available acceleration dates and the price for each is set out on the Early Redemption Add-On page.  The availability of any of the various Early Redemption Add-On options is subject to prior sale and each is being offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis until sold-out.    

All early redemption dates have been agreed with our provider mine’s operator and carry the full guarantee of delivery from them as each other 999 Fine Art Collection NFT.  

The price for each early redemption add-on at any given time is based upon the price we must pay our provider for the early redemption date selected at the time of its purchase.  The purchase price for each one-time use early redemption add-on is subject to change until locked in and its purchase is confirmed by email.  

Early redemption is strictly optional for those that wish such service. 

Other than the redemption date, use of an early redemption add-on when redeeming a 999 Fine Art Collection NFT changes only the redemption date as indicated in its purchase confirmation.  All other terms and conditions related to the purchase and ownership of 999 Fine Art Collection NFTs remain the same.
